Since 2011, he has helped companies approach certification strategically, with a focus on documentation alignment, review readiness, and stronger submissions.

His background includes executive consulting, certification conference speaking, higher education teaching, and published authorship. He also serves as Adjunct Faculty at Mercy College of Ohio and has completed post-graduate business law study through Cornell University.
