Succession Planning - Handing the keys over can be a long process of getting your successor up to speed on the business, even if they have been involved in the company for a while. Whether it is a generational succession or key employees,

HIT Executive Consulting can provide the guidance, mentorship, and documentation to ensure the transition occurs the way it is intended.

Company Reorganization - It is important to get the right people in the right positions for company success. Occasionally for husband and wife companies, it takes a while to realize each others strengths. We can assist with documentation that supports the way the operations of the company are actually executed.

HIT Executive Consulting provides mentorship for first time business owners, executives, and investors including the documentation supporting the organizational structure.

Buy Outs - Buying a company can be an exciting event but it is imperative that the documentation reflect the intent of the purchase. No one wants to own a company where the previous owner retains control due to an obscure clause. Additionally, it is important to receive an unbiased Company Valuation to ensure that the purchase price is appropriate.

HIT Executive Consulting reviews buy outs and can perform Company Valuations to protect your interest.

Start Ups - Starting a company from scratch, or incorporating after years as a Sole Proprietor can be confusing, especially when talking with an Accountant or Attorney. There are more things to consider than just filing paperwork and boilerplate corporate books.

HIT Executive Consulting has helped dozens of businesses incorporate and execute their vision by listening, advising, and assisting to ensure that you get the company you always wanted with maximum legal protection, the best tax situation, and agreements and documents that will support your business and marketing needs.

400 Certifications!

Celebrating our 400th Certification with over 250 companies, just like yours!

Have you been asked by your clients or prospects "Do you have a Woman Owned Business Certification?" or "Are you Certified as a Minority Business Enterprise?"
Certification must make sense for your company as it is an investment in your success. Some questions to ask are:

  • How much revenue is generated by customers who want you to be certified? Will that increase with a certification?

  • Are prospective customers asking if you are certified?

  • Are you losing contracts because you are not certified?

  • Are you competing in a market where you are the only woman or minority service providing services?

If the answer is to any of these is "Yes", you should strongly consider certification!
